Ordered 13 of these for our team and the regular fit is spot on — roomy through the shoulders without looking boxy. The long sleeves are a nice weight for layering, and after a few washes the fabric still holds its shape.

Ordered thirteen of these for our team and the long sleeves actually hit right at the wrist instead of running short like most tees. The cotton is a bit thinner than I'd hoped for the price, but after a wash it softened up nicely and hasn't shrunk.
